​Greetings, folks.  You've heard the expression, "It's never too late." Well, I'm living proof of that notion. After years of being a slug, laying around a lot, watching TV, drinking and eating too much, overweight, out of shape, and depressed, I discovered a thing called Masters track and field, and at the ripe ol' age of 60, started learning for the first time in my life to pole vault. That's right, pole vault! I started working out again, got myself back in shape, and feel better physically and mentally than I have in at least a decade. So good, in fact, that I decided to become a certified personal trainer, specializing in Senior Fitness. My hope and dream for my new gig, Fossil Fit, is to inspire others to follow the same path I'm on -- being healthier and happier through physical fitness. Come on. Let's do it together!
